1. What BrickByBrick is

BrickByBrick Money (“BrickByBrick”, “we”, “us”) is an educational planning tool. It helps you organize your financial picture, learn investing concepts in plain language, and explore hypothetical projections. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Not financial advice

BrickByBrick is for education only. Nothing in the service — including your roadmap, blueprint, projections, investment categories, recommended learning paths, or any generated summary — is investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other asset. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary. Before acting on anything you learn here, consider your own circumstances and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional. 3. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use BrickByBrick.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may close your account at any time — contact support and we will delete it (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempting to access other users’ data, probing or disrupting our infrastructure, scraping at scale, or using the service to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. No warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that projections will reflect actual outcomes, that market information is accurate or timely, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrickByBrick and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, savings, or investment returns, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including decisions you make based on information presented in it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the service and close your account.
