Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data — your email address and password (stored as a hash by our authentication provider), and the display name you choose.
• Plan data — the answers you give in Plan Your Path: income, spending, savings, debt, emergency fund, age, life stage, and goals. You type these in yourself; we never connect to your bank or pull account data from anywhere.
• Preferences — notification settings and product state such as which milestone you are on.

2. How we use it

Your plan data exists for exactly one purpose: personalizing your own educational experience — your blueprint, roadmap, projections, and suggested learning. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to market financial products to you.

3. Where it lives

• Your profile row is stored in our database with row-level access controls: only your authenticated account can read or write it.
• Some working state (plan edits, simulator inputs, saved scenarios) is cached in your browser’s local storage, scoped to your user id. It stays on your device and can be cleared through your browser at any time.
• We use Supabase for authentication and data storage; their infrastructure processes your data on our behalf.

4. What we do not do

• No bank connections, account aggregation, or credit pulls.
• No selling or renting personal information.
• No third-party advertising or tracking pixels.

5. Deleting your data

Email [email protected] from your account address and we will delete your account and its stored data. Local browser state is yours to clear at any time.

6. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and note the change in the product. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
